So it seems that every two months or so of Quintin's life we take a major trip. At two months it was to Florida, then at four months he and I went to New York. Six months was no exception, but this trip took the cake. We flew fourteen hours to Abu Dhabi to visit Paul's parents and sixteen hours back, but it was so worth it. All things considered, Quintin did well, and it was so good to see his Nainai (Chinese for grandmother) and Vovo (Portuguese for grandfather). Of course, they loved seeing him! (And us too).
Q in Abu Dhabi!
Taking a nap in Nainai's arms while out and about.
Q's first time in the ocean! Not sure if he likes it.
Kinda liking the water.
It's official. He likes it.
Q's footprints along with ours. :)
He also really liked the sand.
Vovo making Q laugh.
Mealtime with Vovo.
Nainai enjoying time with Q.
Q enjoying time with Nainai, and the new toy she bought him. ;)
Q and daddy on the waterfront.
Six month photo!
Family photos...we won't show the rejects. At least Q is always photogenic!
More beach! Made all those long flight hours worth it. (That and seeing family!)
Favorite thing at the beach? His draw string.
Worn out and fast asleep. So sweet. I need to remember next time to take him to the beach right before a long flight. :)
Just pure cuteness. We had so much fun in Abu Dhabi and loved getting to see Paul's parents. Thank you so much Nainai and Vovo for bringing us all the way out to see you!
Love the pictures Erin, such delight! Thanks friend.
